Our second most popular option is the MaskBros 3-Ply x 50, these are made for everyday use and perfect for public transport, running errands, or serving customers in a small business setting. They also come in packs of 10 for easy stow-and-go access when travelling. 

For our customers who require medical-grade protection, such as dental practices and care homes, we offer Type IIR Surgical 3-Ply in boxes of 50. These carry all necessary certifications which can be shared upon request. 

In addition to masks, we also offer FFP2 Respirators in boxes of 10. These provide two-way medical grade protection and carry all necessary certifications.

We aim for same-day dispatch on all orders placed before 2pm BST Monday to Friday, while orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. If you are in the UK, you can opt for 24 or 48 hour tracked shipping.

24-hour shipping refers to the time it takes to deliver the parcel once it’s been received and processed by the carrier. Tracking numbers are automatically issued upon the parcel leaving our warehouse. However, it can take our carriers up to 12 working hours to process the information and make tracking data available. If your tracking number still doesn’t work, please email us at info@maskbros.co.uk and we will rectify the matter immediately. 

Once your order has been processed, our system will not allow any changes to the delivery address. However, upon being dispatched and with the receipt of a tracking number, you will be able to alter your delivery details with the carrier. Understandably, domestic manufacturing facilities are prioritising supply for key industries and health organisations like the NHS. As such, a number of our masks are manufactured in Portugal with the majority our masks are currently produced in China, along with 95% of PPE. The remaining 5% is split primarily between India and other Asian countries. Only a very small percentage of PPE is produced in the West, and an even smaller fraction is made in the UK. However, we are in close contact with several UK and EU based manufacturers who should be able to fulfil our orders by the end of the year.

A mask’s efficacy is tied directly to its disposability or ‘single use-ness.’ As a result, washing or reusing a mask can compromise its ability to protect you and those around you. Reusable masks, for instance, can become contaminated, often transforming into vehicles for viral transmission themselves.

Our Civil Grade and Type IIR 3-Ply Masks measure 9.5cm x 17.5cm and, when fully opened, measure ~14.5cm x 17.5cm. The mask’s height and nose-clip are adjustable and designed to fit any adult human face. All our masks and respirators are unisize and we do not currently offer masks fitted for small children.
